This is a sample of a Loft Conversion and Rear Extension Completed on a Terraced House with full Structural Analysis carried out and Planning Consent obtained by AC House Designs. The Complete house was also refurbished which gave the opportunity to also re-model the layout to achieve maximum living space with an open-plan kitchen dinner area .
