Dr ARIS GEORGIOU

​Dr Aris Georgiou has extensive experience in managing very complex residential design projects from conceptual design through to the final design for planning approval and project managing the construction phase to completion.
He has achieved a Masters degree in Advanced Structural Engineering with Distinction and published research within the field of Sustainability.
His Doctorate PhD degree essentially focused on business and advanced design strategy in achieving an optimised house design with sustainability at very the forefront. He has also published research and has presented at several Sustainability conferences.
Aris also has another MSc specifically focusing on international design and business strategy and a BEng degree in mechanical and manufacturing systems engineering. Aris has extensive experience having worked for several global corporate companies for a number years managing high value projects and so brings a wealth of experience to any project.

Chris Georgiou has over 40 years of experience in creating innovative architectural designs for many building projects and structural engineering calculations for building control, Chris is a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and member of the Institute of Structural Engineering. Christos was a senior building control officer for Westminster City Council and has extensive experience in dealing with complex and high value projects. His wealth of experience and knowledge is immense adding value to any project.
